Got a question for you. How aggressive are you at earning your customers repeat business? Gotta show you something that came in the mail today that got my attention.

I ordered a cover for my MacBook from a company called outfityours.com. It arrived as promised, in fact a day early, including free shipping.  I couldn’t be happier. Then I find this in the box. Outfityours.com sent along with my cover a one dollar bill with the question: Do You Take Bribes?

How about that for a direct, aggressive grab at earning my repeat business? Did it work? Look, it was aggressive but it was also funny, clever and got my attention.

So I say yes…Is there an aggressive approach you can try that might make your customers smile and come back for more? In fact I got to thinking if the case cost me $30 and outfityours.com is going to give me a dollar for everyone I order…if I buy 30 of them, it’s like getting it for free right?
Wait that can’t be right….
